CEPA NET stands for Civic Education & Policy Advocacy Network. It is a non-partisan network of Asian Pacific Islander (API) individuals and organizations as well as supporters and allies of the API community who promote nonpartisan civic education and policy advocacy to empower the API community.

CEPA NET is currently a joint project between the Southwest Center for Asian Pacific American Law (SCAPAL) and the Council of Philippine American Organizations (COPAO), building on the success of 2011 California State Redistricting for the San Diego API community.

CEPA NET is a collaborative space for all community organizations, individuals, and allies of the API community that espouses nonpartisan, community-driven civic education and grassroots policy advocacy.

CEPA NET respects the diverse cultural, ethnic, language and geographic differences within and among the API community to express their differences and needs and encourages each group to identify common issues which will unite the API community.
